Ingredients for All time favorite Chocolate Chips Cookies

| White Sugar | 125 gm | ||
| Butter (Unsalted) | 120 gm | ||
| All Purpose Flour | 150 gm | ||
| Egg | 1 | ||
| Baking Powder | ½ Tsp. | ||
| Vanilla Essence | 1 Tsp. | ||
| Chocolate chips | 50 gms | ||
| Salt | ½ Tsp |
PREPARATION:
Tools: Oven, Beater, A large mixing bowl, Shallow dish, sifter, wooden
spatula, 2 Cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and salt 3 times with the help of a sifter in a
shallow dish. Keep it aside. - In a large mixing bowl take butter and white sugar and beat it to make a
smooth cream. - Now fold in egg and then add vanilla essence to it. Blend it well with
beater. - Add flour mixture to the above batter and blend it well with beater till the
batter becomes light and fluffy. - Stir in Chocolate chips to it with wooden spatula evenly.
- Cover and keep this batter in a refrigerator to stand for half an hour.
- Meanwhile preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.
- Keep two cookie sheets ready with parchment paper.
- Divide the dough into equal parts and roll it into small balls and place them on the
cookies sheet carefully. - Put the baking sheet it into the preheated oven and bake for 8-10
minutes. - When cookies are baked take it out and let it cool for 10 minutes and then
transfer it to wire racks to cool it completely. - Keep these all time favorite Chocolate Chips Cookies into the air tight Jar one by one.
