All time favorite Chocolate Chips Cookies

Ingredients for All time favorite Chocolate Chips Cookies

Items	Measurement
White Sugar	125 gm
Butter (Unsalted)	120 gm
All Purpose Flour	150 gm
Egg	1
Baking Powder	½ Tsp.
Vanilla Essence	1 Tsp.
Chocolate chips	50 gms
Salt	½ Tsp

PREPARATION:

Tools: Oven, Beater, A large mixing bowl, Shallow dish, sifter, wooden
spatula, 2 Cookie sheets with parchment paper.

1. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt 3 times with the help of a sifter in a
   shallow dish. Keep it aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl take butter and white sugar and beat it to make a
   smooth cream.
3. Now fold in egg and then add vanilla essence to it. Blend it well with
   beater.
4. Add flour mixture to the above batter and blend it well with beater till the
   batter becomes light and fluffy.
5. Stir in Chocolate chips to it with wooden spatula evenly.
6. Cover and keep this batter in a refrigerator to stand for half an hour.
7. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.
8. Keep two cookie sheets ready with parchment paper.
9. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll it into small balls and place them on the
   cookies sheet carefully.
10. Put the baking sheet it into the preheated oven and bake for 8-10
    minutes.
11. When cookies are baked take it out and let it cool for 10 minutes and then
    transfer it to wire racks to cool it completely.
12. Keep these all time favorite Chocolate Chips Cookies into the air tight Jar one by one.
